The Azrieli Group built a retirement home, called The Palace, in Modi’in which includes 230 apartments for independent residents, a frail care wing and a convalescent unit. In addition, the residents enjoy a wide variety of amenity services including a swimming pool, a gym and spa, dining room and restaurant, cafeteria, activity center, synagogue and many more. This Is the flag ship project of the Azrieli Group in the field of retirement homes. We were commissioned to design this project in recognition of our special experience in the field.
