The late architect Harry Brand, winner of the Bonney Zion Award, founded the firm in 1969. He developed unique, high standards for planning science-intensive industrial parks in Israel.
Today, architect Eila Brand-Adel, an expert in the field of planning for the elderly population leads the office in the field of planning assisted living, retirement villages, hospitalization wards and worked with the Ministry of Health for nursing wards using the cluster method. Eila also teaches at the Architecture faculty at the Technion Israel Institute of Technology.
Kylie Adel, an outstanding architecture student at the Technion and is an up-and-coming member of the firm's team.
Over the years, we have carried out large and complex projects of all categories, from assisted living facilities, science-intensive industrial parks, logistics centers, residential complexes, commerce, offices and more. We have collaborated with leading offices from Israel and abroad such as architect Jean Nouvel from Paris.
We are a young and dynamic firm that embraces new trends and a vision for the future, coaching architectural students. At the same time we advocate working with a long-standing and highly experienced team with an emphasis on sustainable planning solutions. We believe that good planning meets the unique aspirations of the client, and that excellence in planning is achieved by the process of working together with the client and consultants within budget and schedule.
"Our head is in the clouds, our feet are on the ground, and our heart in-between."

He had an active role too in the planning and building of the Begin Heritage Centre in Jerusalem.
The fact that Architect Brand has through his singular contribution profoundly shaped the urban landscape of towns and can also turn on a lathe a delicate wooden goblet for Friday night Kiddush, or help his 14 year old grandson build a 3D printer, demonstrates his insatiable fascination and curiosity with material, form and function that has been a central focus of his architectural interests over many decades. This adds to his above documented creativity and social sensitivity, dynamism and ability to embrace new technologies – qualities that have so prominently characterized his career.
