The Shafir Company is promoting a project Nes Ziona of 70,000 sq.m. and will include offices, commercial spaces within a Taggart building, designated for conservation, a frail care department and 280 units for independent residents in a retirement center. The scheme is designed as an integrated campus offering amenity services to the surrounding neighborhood such as the swimming pool, dining areas, and commercial services. The project is currently out to tender prior to construction.
